Job Title: AI Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML
solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to
drive AI initiatives, manage projects and POCs, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
 Lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, including project conceptualization, POC development, and full-scale
deployment
 Define AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives
 Present AI solutions, project updates, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
 Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation and innovation
Project & Delivery Management
 Manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability
 Oversee project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
 Collaborate eAectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, business, and IT
 Ensure adoption of best practices in MLOps, model governance, and deployment pipelines
Technical Expertise & Solutioning
 Design and develop advanced AI/ML models including NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and
Generative AI solutions
 Provide hands-on technical guidance in model building, evaluation, and optimization
 Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of AI systems
 Drive the adoption of modern AI frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Team Leadership & Mentorship
 Mentor and guide Senior and Junior Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Developers
 Build a high-performance AI team through coaching, reviews, and knowledge sharing
 Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to coding and ML standards

Innovation & Emerging Technologies
 Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, and emerging technologies
 Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance team capabilities

 Promote adoption of cutting-edge areas like Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
 Strong experience in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
 Expertise in AI domains such as NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or GenAI
 Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
 Hands-on experience in cloud-based AI solutions (Azure preferred)
 Strong understanding of data engineering, model deployment, and API integrations
Leadership & Soft Skills
 Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and managing teams
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex AI solutions to non-technical audiences
 Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
 Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in AI-driven automation or enterprise AI solutions
 Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI copilots
 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
 Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (preferred)
