Job Summary
Dewon Electric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all HR,
Administration, Industrial Relations, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong
experience in manufacturing/factory operations, workforce management, statutory compliance, talent
acquisition, employee engagement, and overall HR strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for staff, supervisors, engineers, and factory
workforce.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
• Conduct training need analysis and coordinate employee development programs.
• Develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media.
• Conduct interviews and salary negotiations.
• Ensure timely closure of positions.
Factory HR & Industrial Relations
• Manage factory workforce and labor-related matters.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations and employee relations.
• Coordinate with labor authorities and government departments.
• Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor contract labor management and contractor compliance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between management and shop-floor employees.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act,
and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and inspections by government authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations.
Payroll & Compensation Management
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and attendance management.
• Verify salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
• Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
Administration Management
• Manage overall administrative operations of the plant and corporate office.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and facility management.
• Vendor management and service contract administration.
• Monitor office assets and infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
HR MIS & Reporting
• Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, recruitment, and productivity.
• Present periodic HR reports to senior management.
• Maintain HRMS and employee database.
Policy & Organizational Development
• Formulate and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Drive organizational culture and employee welfare initiatives.
• Support management in strategic HR planning and business objectives.
• Ensure continuous improvement in HR processes.
Required Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing/Factory setup is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and Payroll Systems.
