About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR
team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment,
stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. You will play a key
role in attracting top talent and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers and department
heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates
throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Maintain recruitment databases and ATS records accurately.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Experience working on multiple roles across functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and job portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in hiring for IT/Non-IT roles (customize as needed).
• Knowledge of employer branding initiatives.
• Exposure to recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
